I was reading old journals from high school. It's amazing how much I've grown spiritually since then. Its been four years since I met my first boyfriend. That relationship changed my life and he would agree it changed his significantly as well. I'm still a teenager now, 19, but back then I was just a kid. The way I was able to grow was because of heartache, doubt, guilt and the need for peace and truth in my life. I would not change any of my dark days or weeks for that matter for anything because they brought me so much closer to my creator. I want to grow closer to my Lord without having to be forced to due to fear. I pray that God would draw me closer to him and change my will to his so that I may be able to do his will, live out my purpose He has planned for me and receive all the glorious blessings that are found in Christ Jesus.
My sister is supposed to be moving back into our room in February and there is no room in my room anymore. I'm thinking of moving in with my aunt and uncle. They have two extra rooms. They are fine with it but my parents are not to thrilled that I even asked to move in. It would just be from February till June. I'm seek the Lord's guidance since He knows what the best place is for me.
I need to start reading my book for IGE Clay Walls. Its about a Korean family that is exiled to America. Pretty interesting but extremely long.
Night!

Winter Quarter
My second winter quarter at Cal Poly Pomona started yesterday. I have a Theater/Art/Dance class on Mon/Wed from 4 to 6pm. So far my art teacher seemed pretty cool. I love art so much so this should be enjoyable. My teacher has taught at the elementary, high school and now college level so I think its safe to say she knows what shes talking about.
Tuesdays and Thursdays I begin my day at 10am for two hours of Spanish 3. I was a little worried about being behind in that class but after hearing some of the questions the other students had i don't think i have anything to worry about. Then i have an hour for a break followed by my first major class, LS 201 which is an introduction into Liberal Studies. My friend Michelle from last quarter is there so i'm pretty happy about that. The majority of the class looks like first year little girls who want to be teachers. It so funny how you can totally tell who a freshman is now that you're not one. Then at three i end my day with good ol' IGE. There are only 16 people enrolled in that class. But we already had a pretty good discussion. I'm really enjoying this IGE track, especially the no test part. I have it with Ken again and he is pretty good at controlling the class and guiding the discussions.
I think I'm really going to enjoy myself this quarter. I have all my books purchased i just need to head to Michael's for art supplies.
I thank God for blessing me with good class, times and teachers.
This quarter will be done in a blink of an eye and then it will already be spring.
I can't believe i'm going to be turning twenty. No more teens.
I pray that by then I will have found a Christian Community to plug into and serve in. I know God will prove to be as faithful as he has in the past... its just a matter of me being patient enough to wait for those blessings.
Alrighty!
Off to the THEATER :)
